But I guess it costs twofold much more data-length for up-down data traffic over internet highway. Because, aside of sending out a comment for your blog (upload), then.. ordinarily, we need reread it back by the browser (download). So, the total bytes consume 2 x 48 = 96 bytes, plus 2 bytes of information header protocol. 96 + 2 = 98 bytes.

Feel free to assume the header costs 2×1 bytes for a shuttling data. wkekekekek…
